Is AFIA a university ?

No Afia is not a university. Afia a training Academy that will allow you to improve your skills

If I do all the modules, can I get a diploma?

No, you will get a certificate at the end of each module

What is the level required before applying to a module?

Anybody can apply. Modules will target different levels

Are all classes going to be held online?

Yes, until further notice, all classes will be online

If a module is a one-week module can I enroll for 2 or 3 days only?

It will depend on the module. Please contact us for more information

Is it possible to get a scholarship to enroll in one or several modules?

Not for the time being but we are working on it

I do not have a B language and would like to add one, can I enroll in the B language module?

Yes you can. Modules will target students with different level.

I have a B1 in the C language I want to add. Is there a minimum level that I need to have?

I am interested in one of the modules, but I have another A language, can I still enroll?

It will depend on your A language, please contact us for more information

I have no experience in interpretation, but I would still like to enroll, is it possible?

Yes, it is. Please contact us for more information

I am interested in one of the modules, but I am not available at the date indicated.

Are you going to organize courses on weekend as well?

Yes

Who are the trainers?

All trainers are interpreters that have been working on different markets (See the page AFIA Trainers for more information)

I will prefer to have private classes instead of group classes, will that be possible?

Yes, private classes can be arranged. Please contact us for more details

I have enrolled in a class, but I am no longer available, can I get a refund?

The enrollment fee cannot be reimbursed but you will get a refund for the tuition

I have enrolled in a class but would like to change module, is this possible?

Yes, it is. Please contact us

Do you have a minimum number of students required for a module to take place?

Yes, the minimum number is 5

I do not know if my language can be considered a B language, can I still enroll in the module?

Yes, you can. At the beginning of the module an assessment will be made

Can I still work while enrolled in a module?

It will depend on the calendar. Some modules will take place during working hours.
