AfIA offers interactive online courses for high level interpreter training, targeting both individual trainers, institutions and academia.

• Definition
  Through memory and note taking exercises, consecutive with and without notes, the applicant will progressively learn how to do a consecutive, use the adequate register and the right presentation technique. The training will focus on how to provide an accurate consecutive interpretation into A or B language.

• Registration

These free-standing consecutive modules are tailored to the candidates’ own learning projects. To fit into the interpreter’s workload, 3-hour course modules per day for a three days intensive period is currently available at an hourly rate of XXX or a discounted course fee of XXXX.
Applicants should be available 3 hours during the day. 2 days intensive weekend courses are also available upon request
Flexible programming is offered on days and times suitable for the interpreter over two months.
